Terminology: “Aspirational”

When commercial casting directors call for an "aspirational" type, they want someone that the viewer of the commercial can aspire to be: generally, someone of above-average looks and fitness, with an air of success and good health, but not so glamorous that a typical viewer could never imagine himself or herself in the actor's place.
